Tacoma Film Festival — Coming soon

The Tacoma Film Festival is right around the corner, beginning Oct. 5. In just over a week, the 253 will be full of new films, impressive flicks and maybe this generation’s Alfred Hitchcock or Martin Scorsese.

The festival will be starting off with a bang with the annual kickoff party. The Grand Cinema is scheduled to be hosting this specific event, where featured creators can share more about their films.

The Tacoma Film Festival will host over 45 films in several noteworthy locations such as North Tacoma’s Blue Mouse Theater — which has become an icon of the Proctor District — and The Grand Cinema, Tacoma’s home for foreign, independent and local films. There are also many previews and events held at King’s Books.

The decade old festival that has brought attention to many new filmmakers will surely be an event you won’t want to miss. But if you do, you’ll get plenty of TFF film reviews coming soon.
