New ways to spice up your pumpkin seeds this season

measurements are based off of 2 cups of pumpkin seeds

Have you done all the hard work of getting your pumpkin seeds out and don’t want to do the same old pumpkin seed recipe you do every year? Look no further! Here is a list of some different pumpkin seed recipes to spice up the season.

For the following recipes do the following:
Preheat the oven to 300 F.
Separate seeds from pumpkin pulp.
Rise and pat dry.
Mix seeds with melted butter or oil of choice.
Mix seeds thoroughly with mixture of seasonings.
While seeds are in the oven, mix every 10 minutes, for 40 minutes. Or until golden brown.

Sweet Pumpkin Seeds
These are perfect recipes if you have a sweet tooth.

Chocolate
1 Tbsp honey
1 Tbsp unsweetened cocoa
2 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp salt

Cinnamon Sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
2 Tbsp sugar
1 tbsp brown sugar

Cinnamon Maple
1 Tbsp cinnamon
¼ tsp. Nutmeg
Pinch of allspice
¼ tsp. Vanilla extract
½ tsp salt
1 tsp pure maple syrup

Pumpkin Pie
2 ½ Tbsp brown sugar
2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
½ tsp fine salt

Honey Roasted
1 ½ Tbsp honey
1 tsp brown sugar
½ tsp smoked salt
Kosher salt for sprinkling

Sweet and Spicy
1 Tbsp brown sugar
½ tsp sea salt
? tsp cayenne pepper
? tsp black pepper

Vanilla Nutmeg
½ tsp vanilla extract
1 ½ tsp sugar
1 ½ tsp light brown sugar
¼ tsp nutmeg
? tsp salt

1 tsp soy sauce
1 tsp curry powder
½ tsp cumin

1 Tbsp grated parmesan or nutritional yeast
